MICRO COMPUTERIZED TOMOGRAPHY RESEARCH GROUP


Within the department Biomedical Sciences of the University of Antwerp the Micro CT Scan research group is a core facility for high resolution X-ray microscopy. The laboratory is situated at the Drie Eiken Campus of the University of Antwerp. The coordinator of the group is Prof. Dr. Nora De Clerck.

The Micro CT Research Group of the University of Antwerp develops medical and biomedical applications for high resolution X-ray microscopy and microtomography.
Other scientists, like paleontologists, material scientists,... are welcome for collaboration.

We have two X-ray micro-CT scan instruments : The MCT group works closely together with other research groups of the University of Antwerp
