Lisbon Meeting (2003)

The Study Group on Productivity and Quality in the Public Sector held meetings in Vaasa (2001) and Potsdam (2002) on the theme "Quality, satisfaction and trust in government". A new meeting is planned during the annual EGPA conference in Lisbon (Oeiras, september 2003).
