The working group had a meeting during the EGPA annual conference in Vaasa, Finland on 5-8 september 2001. The theme of the meeting was "Trust Building Networks - how the government meets citizens in the post-bureaucratic era: Citizen directed government through Quality, Satisfaction and Trust in Government"
