New country and province records:

A new species became known for the province of West-Vlaanderen: a single Achroia grisella  (Pyralidae) on 13 August 2011 at Assenbroek, leg. J. Opsomer.

Some new Tortricidae were found for several provinces: new for the province of Oost-Vlaanderen; an imago of Eudemis porphyrana  (Tortricidae) was trapped on light on 27 June 2011 at Geraardsbergen, leg. W. Decock. A single Hedya pruniana on 26 May 2011 at Everbeek, leg. J. Van Uytvanck. A specimen of Pandemis cinnamomeana on 11 June 2011 at Everbeek, leg. W. Decock. A single Strophedra nitidana on 19 June 2011 at Bellem near Aalter, leg. H. Wallays. New for the province of Namur; an adult of  Grapholita funebrana on 07 May 2011 at Nismes, leg. P. Vantieghem. This species was only known from literature and is now confirmed. An imago of Orthotaenia undulana on 27 June 2010 at Vierves-sur-Viroin, leg. C. Gruwier. A single Spatalistis bifasciana on 25 June 2011 at Oignies-en-Thiérache, leg. C. gruwier. New for the province of Hainaut; a single Pammene obscurana  on 26 April 2011 at Mouscron, leg. C. Gruwier. Single of Gypsonoma oppressana on 25 June 2010 at Mouscron, leg. C. Gruwier. Imago on light of Pammene populana on 24 July 2010 at Erpion, leg. J. van Roosmalen. New for the province of Limburg; single of Grapholita jungiella  on 22 April 2010 at Tongeren, leg. R. Barendse. Imago of Pseudohermenias abietana on 09 May 2011 at Lommel, leg. H. Dries. New for the province of Liège; single of Lozotaenia forsterana on 28 May 2011 at Couthuin, leg. P. Vanmeerbeeck. 2 imago of Pandemis cinnamomeana on 12 September  2010 at Couthuin, leg. P. Vanmeerbeeck. New for the province of Brabant; an imago of Phtheochroa inopiana  on 10 July 2011 at Kloosterbroek, leg. R. Uyttenbroeck.

An imago of Eucosma obumbratana (Tortricidae) was trapped on 30 July 2011 at Aische-en-Refail, leg. I. Volont. This species was only known from literature and is now confirmed for the province of Namur.

A new species became known for the province of West-Vlaanderen: a single Eucosma metzneriana (Tortricidae) was trapped on light on 05 June 2011 at Poperinge, leg. S. Noppe.

A new species became known for the province of Oost-Vlaanderen: a single Argyresthia albistria (Yponomeutidae) was trapped on light on 12 July 2010 at Merelbeke, leg. H. Van Doorslaar.

An imago of Ypsolopha vittella (Ypsolophidae) was trapped on light on 03 August 2011 at Meerbeke, leg. W. Mertens. This species is new for trhe province of Oost-Vlaanderen.

An imago of Anania terrealis (Crambidae) was trapped on 21 August 2011 at Lommel, leg. P. Cox. This species is new for trhe province of Limburg.

An imago of Agriphila selasella  (Crambidae) was trapped on 21 August 2010 at 'Vierkensbroek' at Scherpenheuvel-Zichem, leg. M. Herremans. This species was only known from literature and is now confirmed for the province of Brabant.

A new species became known for the province of Antwerpen; a few full grown bags of Coleophora albitarsella  (Coleophoridae) were found on 24 October 2011 at 'Het Buitengoor' at Mol, leg leg. C. Vansteenwinkel.

A new species became known for the province of Antwerpen; a full grown bag on Alnus glutinosa of Coleophora binderella (Coleophoridae) was found on 30 April 2011 at Wilrijk, leg. C. Snyers.

A new species became known for the province of Antwerpen; mines on Humulus lupulus of Caloptilia fidella (Gracillariidae) were found on 25 July 2010 at Mol, leg. C. Van Steenwinkel. During 2011 the species was found again at 2 different sites at Mol and also found at Dessel.

A new species became known for the province of West-Vlaanderen; a larva on Stellaria hostolea of Caryocolum blandella  (Gelechiidae) was found on 16 April 2011 at Torhout, leg. Leaf Miners Group, leg. det. by J. De Prins.

Mines on Salix caprea of Ectoedemia intimella (Nepticulidae), mines on Betula of Stigmella luteella  and mines on Agrimonia of Ectoedemia agrimoniae were found on 12 November 2011 at Dourbes, leg. Leaf Miners Group. These species are new for the province of Namur.

Following new species became known for the province of Oost-Vlaanderen on 30 October 2011 at Doel, all leg. Leaf Miners Group: mines on Betula of Stigmella luteella (Nepticulidae), mines on Populus tremula of Ectoedemia argyropeza, mines on Rosa of Stigmella anomalella and mines on Salix repens of Phyllonorycter quinqueguttella (Gracillariidae).

Mines on Salix caprea of Ectoedemia intimella (Nepticulidae) were found on 30 October 2011 at Zwijndrecht, leg. Leaf Miners Group. This species is new for the province of Antwerpen.

Following new species became known for the province of Limburg on 29 October 2011 at Ham, all leg. Leaf Miners Group: a bag on Salix caprea of Coleophora lusciniaepennella (Coleophoridae), mines on Quercus of Heliozela sericiella (Heliozelidae), mines on Populus tremula of Ectoedemia argyropeza (Nepticulidae), mines on Betula of Stigmella luteella and also at the same date but at Zutendaal; a bag on Glechoma hederacea of Coleophora albitarsella (Coleophoridae).

Following new species became known for the province of West-Vlaanderen on 20 September 2011 at Ooigem, all leg. Leaf Miners Group: mines on Betula of Ectoedemia occultella  (Nepticulidae), mines on Populus of the rare Phyllonorycter populifoliella (Gracillariidae), mines on Carpinus of Phyllonorycter tenerella and mines on Salix of Phyllonorycter salictella .

Two new species became known for the province of Hainaut on 03 September 2011 at Forges: an individual of Ypsolopha sequella (Ypsolophidae) and an imago of Psoricoptera gibbosella  (Gelechiidae), all leg. Leaf Miners Group.

Following new species became known during 2011 for the province of Namur at Dourbes: on 03 September; mines on Sorbus terminalis of Parornix scoticella (Gracillariidae). On 17 September;   mines on Betula of Ectoedemia occultella (Nepticulidae) this species was only known from literature and is now confirmed, mines on Ulmus of Stigmella ulmivora and Bucculatrix ulmifoliae (Bucculatricidae), all leg Leaf Miners Group.

A new species became known for the province of Liège; mines on Populus of Phyllonorycter populifoliella (Gracillariidae) were found on 15 September 2010 at Liége, det. E. Van Nieukerken, leg. J. Y. Baugnée.

Mines and cocoons on Malus sylvestris and Prunus spinosa of Lyonetia prunifoliella (Lyonetiidae)  were found on 09 October 2011 at Resteigne, leg. J. Y. Baugnée. This species is new for the province of Luxembourg.

Some larval cases were found on Origanum vulgare of Thiotricha subocellea (Gelechiidae) and mines on Lotus corniculatus of Leucoptera lotella (Lyonetiidae) on 04 October 2011 at Ben-Ahin, both leg. J. Y. Baugnée. These species are new for the province of Liège.

Mines on Pyrus pyraster of Stigmella minusculella (Nepticulidae) were found on 16 September 2011 at Resteigne, leg. J. Y. Baugnée. This species is new for the province of Luxembourg.

A new species became known for the province of Antwerpen; 6 bags on Cytisus scoparius of Coleophora calycotomella  (Coleophoridae) were found on 29 October 2011 at 'Keyfheide' at Meerhout. More bags were found early November at the same location and also at Mol, all leg. C. Vansteenwinkel.

Lots of mines on Prunus sp of Coptotriche gaunacella (Tischeriidae) were found on 13 September 2011 at Huy, leg. J. Y. Baugnée. This rare species is new for the province of Liège.

A new species became known for the province of Namur; a full grown bag on Inula conyza of Coleophora conyzae (Coleophoridae) was found during May 1997 at Yvoir. On 10 June a female came out, leg. F. Coenen.

A new species for the province of Namur; mines on Gentiana germanica of Stenoptilia zophodactylus (Pterophoridae) were found on 30 July 2011 at Plateau des Abannets at Nismes, later an imago came out, leg.  Leaf Miners Group, det by C. Gielis.

A new species became known for the province of Oost-Vlaanderen; mines on Humulus lupulus of Caloptilia fidella (Gracillariidae) were found on 30 September 2010 at Deinze, leg.  Leaf Miners Group.

An imago of Bohemia quadrimaculella (Nepticulidae) was trapped on 10 July 2011 at Lac de Virelles at Virelles, leg. Leaf Miners Group. This species is new for the province of Hainaut.

Following new species became known for the province of Namur on 25 June 2011 at Oignies-en-Thiérache, all leg. Leaf Miners Group: adults were trapped of following species; Catocala fulminea (Noctuidae) this species was only known from literature and is now confirmed,  Pseudosciaphila branderiana (Tortricidae) and Choristoneura lafauryana, Achroia grisella (Pyralidae) and Euzophera fuliginosella, Brachmia blandella (Gelechiidae), Helcystogramma lutatella , Parachronistis albiceps , Isophrictis striatella and Sophronia semicostella, Agonopterix assimilella (Depressariidae) and Pseudopostega auritella (Opostegidae).

Mines on Sorbus aucuparia of Stigmella nylandriella (Nepticulidae) were found on 18 June 2011 at Forges, leg. Leaf Miners Group. This species is new for the province of Hainaut.

Following new species became known for the province of West-Vlaanderen on 15 June 2011 at Wijnendalebos at Torhout, all leg. Leaf Miners Group: a bag on Alnus of Coleophora alnifoliae (Coleophoridae), mines on Epilobium of Mompha raschkiella (Momphidae), mines on Convolvulus of Bedellia somnulentella (Bedelliidae), adults of Ypsolopha ustella (Ypsolophidae), Argolamprotes micella (Gelechiidae) and Ancylis unguicella (Tortricidae).

Following new species became known for the province of West-Vlaanderen on 20 August 2011 at Wijnendalebos at Torhout, all leg. Leaf Miners Group: mines on Quercus of Tischeria dodonaea (Tischeriidae) and Heliozela sericiella (Heliozelidae), mines on Circaea of Mompha terminella (Momphidae), and imagos of Ypsolopha alpella (Ypsolophidae), Eudemis porphyrana (Tortricidae),  Bucculatrix demaryella (Bucculatricidae), Psoricoptera gibbosella (Gelechiidae), Phyllonorycter cerasicolella (Gracillariidae) and Stenolechoides pseudogemmellus .

Following new species became known for the province of Liège: Hellinsia carpodactyla (Pterophoridae) and Hellinsia lienigianus on 28 June 1997 at Haccourt. Merrifieldia baliodactylus on 23 June 1998 at Haccourt. Psoricoptera gibbosella (Gelechiidae) on 17 July 1997 and Cydia nigricana (Tortricidae) on 21 May 2005 at Visé, all leg R. Spronck.

Mines on Betula pendula of Stigmella continuella (Nepticulidae)  and mines on Quercus petraea of Tischeria dodonaea (Tischeriidae)were found on 02 September 2011 at Chaudfontaine, both leg. J. Y. Baugnée. Both species are new for the province of Liège.

1 ex. of Perizoma bifaciata (Geometridae) was trapped on light on 20 August 2011 at Rotselaar, leg. R. Meeuwis. This species is new for the province of Brabant.

1 ex. of Pelosia obtusa (Arctiidae) was trapped on light on 01 August 2011 at Essen-Wildert. A few days later on 03 August at the same place again 4 individuals, both leg. S. Baeten. On 6 August at Grenspark De Zoom/Kalmthoutse Heide at De Nol about 10 individuals attracted to light, leg. J. Elst et all. This rare species is new for the province of Antwerpen.

About 12 cases on Artemisia vulgaris of Coleophora artemisicolella  (Coleophoridae) were found on 16 September 2011 at Ekeren, leg. G. De Prins. This species is new for the province of Antwerpen.

Mines on Betula pendula of Stigmella confusella (Nepticulidae) were found on 25 August 2011 at Cortil-Noirmont, leg. J. Y. Baugnée, confirmation by E. van Nieukerken. This species is new for the province of Brabant. On  the same date and place, a case on Cirsium arvense of Coleophora peribenanderi (Coleophoridae) was found, leg. J. Y. Baugnée. This species was only known from literature and is now confirmed for the province of Brabant.

Some old mines and fresh cocoons on Asplenium scolopendrium of Psychoides verhuella (Tineidae) were found on 21 April 2011 at La Buissiére, leg. J. Y. Baugnée.. This rare species is new for the province of Hainaut.

A new species became known for the province of West-Vlaanderen; a single Ypsolopha sequella  (Ypsolophidae) on 20 August 2011 at De Blankaart at Diksmuide, leg. W. Veraghtert. The same species was also seen on 18 August 2011 at  Everbeek, leg. J. Van Uytvanck. This species is new for the province of Oost-Vlaanderen.

1 ex. of Menophra abruptaria (Geometridae) was trapped on light on 21 August 2011 at Mechelen, leg. M. De Munter. This rare species is new for the province of Antwerpen.

An individual of Metalampra cinnamomea (Oecophoridae) was photographed on 28 July 2011 at Aische-en-Refail, leg. R. Raison. This species is new for the province of Namur.

An individual of Catocala promissa (Noctuidae) was trapped on light on 28 June 2011 at Halle, leg. D. Maes, another individual on 29 June 2011 at De Panne, leg. D. D'Hert and a single on light on 28 July 2011 at Meerbeke, leg. W. Mertens. This species is new for the provinces of Brabant, West- and Oost-Vlaanderen.

A single Zygaena transalpina  (Zygaenidae) was photographed on 06 August 2011 at Grace-Hollogne, leg. R. Stas. This species is new for the province of Liège.

1 ex. of Idaea rusticata (Geometridae) was trapped on light on 27 July 2011 at Herstal. A single Hellinsia didactylites (Pterophoridae) catched on 02 August 2011 at Aywaille, both leg. R. Stas. Both species are new for the province of Liège.
