An uncommon species in most areas of Belgium.
The
young larva mines the twig of Cytisus scoparius and later between spun twigs. Also reported from Genista. Hibernates as a young larva in the twig.
The
adults fly March towards September in one or perhaps two generations a year. It comes not often to light.
