Agonopterix conterminella (Zeller, 1839)

A local and rarely recorded species in Belgium, mainly observed in the north of the country.

The larva lives in the spun terminal shoot of Salix spp. Pupation in a cocoon in the ground.

The adults fly from late June till September. They come to light.
