Rarely
observed in Belgium, only known from an old record in the province
of Brabant and recent observations in Namur, where it's not uncommon.
The
larva lives in a spun leaf on Pimpinella saxifraga or Daucus,
in spun flowers and seeds on Conopodium. It pupates in a
cocoon amongst detritus.
The
adults fly from August till beginning of May,
and hibernate. They come to light and sugar.
