Nothris lemniscellus (Zeller, 1839)

A very rare species in the southern part of Belgium.

The monophagous larva lives on Globularia and mines the leafs. The corridor forms a spiral and later the larva lives free among spun leaves.

The adults fly from mid July till August. They come sparsely to light.
