A not so common species in Belgium, only recorded from a few provinces but
probably overlooked elsewhere.
The
larvae feed on Polygonum, Rumex and Lysimachia. Pupation
under a silk membrane in a conical roll at the edge of a leaf.
The
adults hibernate. They fly from August till early June. They come to light.
