Stigmella magdalenae (Klimesch, 1950)

First observation in our country was during 2009 in a locality from the province of Luxembourg. Found in the following year in the province of Liège.

The green larva makes a leafmine on Rosaceae like Amelanchier, Cotoneaster, Malus, Sorbus etc...  

The adults fly in one generation a year; mainly during  May and June.
