Borkhausenia luridicomella (Herrich-Schäffer, 1856)

A locally and very rare species in Belgium. 

The larva lives probably under the bark of fallen wood of deciduous and evergreen trees, also found in birds nests.

The adults fly from May till August. They come to light. 

ID: the only similar looking species is B. fuscescens, which has a brown-grey vertex instead of yellowish of this species.
