In
Belgium only known from 4 provinces, though the species is certainly
present in more areas.
The
larva lives on Tortula muralis, Helianthemum, Hypericum,
Sedum and on mosses growing on walls.
The
adults fly from late May till the end of June. They are active during
daytime and can be observed in flowerheads.
