Monopis monachella (Hübner, 1796)

A not so common species in Belgium. Only known from three provinces and from literature in a southern province. It has his stronghold in the provinces of Antwerp and Limburg.

The larva remains undescribed, it is believed to feed on pellets and dead animals. 

The adults have been observed from early May till September.
