A
rather common species throughout Belgium.
The
larva lives under a slight silken web on the upperside of the leaves of
Crataegus, Malus or Pyrus.
The
adults fly in two hard to separate generations from May till August.
They come to light.
ID: when fresh easily identified by the darker colour and the rufous tinge at the cilia.
