Cosmopterix lienigiella Lienig & Zeller, 1846

A rare species in Belgium, only known from the provinces of Oost-Vlaanderen and Antwerpen.

The larva makes a mine in the leaves of Phragmites australis.

The adults fly in June and July. They fly around the foodplant at dusk and later come to light.
